Setting up a new business was a daunting prospect for me as this is something I had never done before. However, thanks to Caroline, she has helped me with a lot of the admin tasks which in turn meant I had more time to focus on getting clients.

Caroline was part of my associate team between 2014 and 2017 and she was a very valued and trusted asset to my online marketing business.

She works directly with clients with various tasks including beautifying and compiling often complex PowerPoint slides and Word documents. She’s a very fast and accurate audio typist, confident with WordPress website amending/creating pages as well as online marketing support creating email newsletters with Constant Contact and managing Facebook pages and groups.

All her work is of a high quality standard and she always makes efficient use of time. The great thing about Caroline is she is prepared to take on and learn about any new tech tools and procedures. Caroline has established a great rapport with clients and her great communications skills means she understands the client’s business needs which allows her to always be on top of deadlines and making sure clients look professional to their outside world, which is great for my business.
